The freestanding soaking tub is a luxurious centerpiece that epitomizes indulgence and comfort.

For a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living, we designed the addition of a 16-foot glass sliding door from the breakfast area onto the covered porch. This architectural feature floods the interior with natural light and invites the gentle breeze and views of the surrounding landscape into an everyday experience.

​To enhance convenience and functionality, we relocated the laundry room from the basement onto the first floor, thoughtfully situated near the new Owner's Suite. The new layout seamlessly integrates this essential space into the daily routine.
